The Career & College Academy is a tuition-free public school. Enrollment in the Career & College Academy happens year-round, with new sessions and cohorts forming in January and July. 

The Career & College Academy will admit all pupils who wish to attend the charter school in alignment with the enrollment agreements through the consortium of Elkhorn and Williams Bay school districts. Students will need to secure a seat through one of the consortium school districts either as an enrolled student or through open enrollment - the staff at the Career & College Academy are happy to assist you with this process! Districts outside the consortium districts have the option to purchase seats for students.

In the event that more students apply than seats are available, a lottery will take place for any available seats in accordance with the consortium contract. Families who have applied will be given notice about a lottery. A waiting list will be established for any students not admitted through the lottery process for any seats that open before the start of the July or January session. All CCA students will complete an Elkhorn Area School District New Student Enrollment application online.

Families living outside of Elkhorn will complete Open Enrollment and EASD New Student Enrollment.

Families living in Elkhorn who are not currently enrolled in one of our programs will complete EASD New Student Enrollment.

Families transferring to CCA from Elkhorn Area High School or Options Virtual Charter School will have an intra-district transfer request submitted on their behalf.
